UMC Future - Troy United Methodist Church

We are rapidly approaching our time to vote as a congregation wether to remain in the United Methodist Church or to disaffiliate from the denomination. The date and time for this vote has been scheduled for February 13, 2023 at 6:30 pm.

If you wish to vote, you must be present there will be no absentee ballots or proxy ballots. Further, you must be a full member of the church to vote. Your name must appear on our membership rolls in order to vote. To disaffiliate, the vote total must equal a 2/3 majority of the votes cast. If this 2/3 majority to disaffiliate is not met then the church will remain United Methodist.
